Getting Started with FORGE

FORGE is a Progressive Web App (PWA). There is no app store download required — install it directly from your browser in three simple steps.

Step 1 — Install FORGE on Your Device

FORGE can be installed as a PWA on any modern device:

  • Android / Chrome: Tap the install prompt in the browser address bar or select "Add to Home Screen" from the browser menu.
  • iOS / Safari: Tap the Share button, then select "Add to Home Screen."
  • Windows / Edge: Click the install icon in the address bar or select "Apps" then "Install this site as an app."
  • Desktop / Chrome: Click the install icon in the address bar.

Step 2 — First-Time Setup Wizard

On first launch, FORGE walks you through a 7-step setup wizard:

  1. Location and Unit selection
  2. Role and Preferences
  3. ePCR Configuration
  4. Email Signature setup
  5. ARAH Ordering preferences
  6. Memberships
  7. Voice Transcription settings

Step 3 — Sign In with Username and PIN

FORGE uses a fast, PIN-based sign-in designed for high-pressure environments. Enter your assigned username and PIN to access the platform. Your credentials are provided by your agency administrator or set during account creation.
